ABOUT Indochine's owner.
We had an original restaurant before in Vietnam and when I came to this country, my dream was to re-open a new restaurant to share with America what we cooked for my people back home. Aside from our authentic signature Pho, some of our best signature dishes are the Bánh Mì (Viet Sandwiches), Vermicelli Noodle Bowls and Bún Bò Huế (Viet Spicy Beef Noodle Soup).
If it's your first time trying vietnamese cuisine, you can never go wrong with our pork Banh Mi sandwiches or pork Vermicelli Bowl. And for those who are Vegetarian or looking for Halal options, we do have NON-meat options (Tofu) and Veggie broth pho!
We are a family-run owned restaurant. If you usually call in to order or would like to support us directly at the same time, please order from our DoorDash Storefront PICKUP page as DoorDash doesn't take 30% comission from those OR if you prefer GRUHUB from our GrubHub DIRECT page as GrubHub doesn't take comission through those. We do compost about 20-30% of the food waste left from cooking/customers. We are trying our best to be eco-friendly while balancing quality with packaging. Call 2405154304 if you have ideas for us.
